With stunning sea and beach views, this flat in Puerto de Alcudia offers a second home for 4 guests.
The fine sandy beach in front of the flat offers sun loungers and parasols for rent and is perfect for families. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafés and shops, everything you need for an independent holiday. You can play golf in Alcanada, visit the old town of Alcúdia, take a bike tour through the S'Albufera park or spend a day at the Hidropark Alcúdia.
Before going out for dinner, you can have an aperitif on the balcony, listening to the waves of the sea. The living-dining room is open to the kitchen, including a ceramic hob, Italian coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and much more. Our guests enjoy free Wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. For relaxation, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The one with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a washing machine, iron/ironing board and cot/crib.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa and electricity supplement will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
A car is not required.
