Klimatyczny dom w znakomitej lokalizacji. Cicho i spokojnie, blisko do morza. Świetny basen i wygodny taras. Ręczniki kąpielowe i basenowe, wygodne leżaki. Bardzo dziękujemy za dołożenie drugiego krzesełka dla dziecka! - uniknęliśmy kłótni:) bardzo miłe przywitanie owocami, winem i pysznym ciastem- dziękujemy! Pobyt bardzo udany!

The property is equipped with basic amenities and was clean upon arrival. It is well located - next to the beach, bakery and a grocery store.

The house has no ventilation system and has a musty smell everywhere. The drawers have an old smell so you can’t really use them without your clothes becoming smelly. You should always keep windows open for ventilation, we had to close them during night because of the mosquitos and towards morning it already felt like there is no air to breathe. The bathroom on the ground floor also had no ventilations so it was very humid with all the towels not even being able to dry. This became more problematic when it became hotter outside. The ACs are quite old and very loud. It is a duplex house and you have the same entry staircase with neighbours, on the front the outside area with a dining table is located right next to the neighbours area with no dividers so there is no privacy. There is a divider in the pool area, however, because you are next to each other it can become very loud - we were staying there for over two weeks and had a change of neighbours at least 3 times and the last ones were very loud with multiple kids crying or screaming and the music being loud. So this is a question of luck. The property is managed by an agency and communications with them were clear as were the checking instructions, however, we were appalled by the behaviour of the owners. It is an old couple who doesn’t speak English. They came twice to check in on the house and first time they came unannounced. That didn’t bother us that much but on the day of the check out the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. The check out time was 10am while she barged into the property with the cleaning team at 9:45 literally kicking us out with no hello or anything. We have a Spanish speaking person in the group so it wasn’t an issue of a language barrier.
