About this apartment rental
Our guest suite is fully furnished with private entrance. Wonderful for up to 3 people, Couples and business travelers. Full kitchen & full bath.Two queen beds & two smart TVs. Conveniently located 15 min to the airport, Tanger Outlets and the North Charleston Coliseum. 5 min to Trident medical Center and highway I-26. Northwoods Mall is 7 mins. Charleston Southern University is 10 mins. Naval Nuclear Training School is 13 mins away and Isle of Palm beach is 30 minutes away. It is attached to the main house. One spot parking. Perfect for contractors, students, and militaries or anyone who needs a place to stay. Long-term stays welcome!

- Early check-in is not typically permitted unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking (as the cleaners will be onsite)
- Guests will receive a unique code for self-check-in and ease of use on the morning of arrival (potentially the evening prior)
*Note that your unique code will NOT be activated until 4pm.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival. Easy onsite parking is available right outside the front door. One parking space.
I do a self check in but if you need any assistance or recommendations during your stay. Never hesitate to ask!
- Due to allergies/asthma, our home is pet and smoke-free. SMOKE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ; no exceptions
* NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED. VIOLATION FEE $100
* NO PETS ALLOWED. If violated there would be a $200 fee for additional clean up
Here is some helpful information before you leave
Check out Instructions
1.Check for any personal items (Did you check closet, bathroom, shower, and under beds?)
1.Wash your dishes before you leave
2. Empty the fridge and take out the trash.
3. Group dirty linens together and put them on the hamper located in each bedroom.
4. Please leave the house in the condition you found it
5. Please turn off all lights
6. Make sure the door is locked behind you!

Easy access off I26. Not knowing the area it was further from the activities we had planned to visit. Just had to plan in the extra commute time. Kitchen is well stocked and everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds are very comfortable.
