Loved the open floor plan and high ceilings. We were a party of 12 and we never felt crowded. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach but more so when it was fully shaded and the privacy fence was great. The walk to the beach access was very close and convenient. The middle floor balcony was very nice in the early morning to drink coffee. Very easy checkout. Overall a great experience.

The property management company was very informative. They laid out all the things we would need to provide for our stay. The location of the property has amazing access to the beach. Not far from anything that you want to go enjoy there. This was my first time in PCB and was very pleased with this location and property. I only gave a 3 star on the cleanliness because while it was pretty clean there were several spots behind things that have not been touched for a while. But all in all a great stay. Thanks.

The house itself is in a great location, beach access is easy and its close to shopping, however, upon arrival the lower floor ac wasnt working. We called as soon as we checked in. They sent out their maintenance guy 2 days in a row who told us it was fine. No, it wasnt. Finally got a HVAC guy out to tell us the whole unit was shot and would have to be replaced. So for the first 3 days we couldnt use the 1st floor because it never got below 75 degrees. We were brought a portable loud unit for the first floor "until they could access the problem"The laminate floor is cracked and broken on every floor. The outside light on the top floor doesnt work. The pool light doesnt work so you cant swim at night unless you turn on the outside light. The stove lid is broken and goes all the way to the floor when you open it.The ice dispenser doesnt work on the fridge.One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor shows pictures of a murphy style bed on the VRBO site its not there anymore. The house has great potential, it just needs alot of work and for the money we were really let down. I have asked for a partial refund or a credit for 3 days in maybe another rental they have, still waiting on that response. All in all its a great house, just needs a little TLC. IF everything was fixed we would stay here again just because of location and because the Blue Swell group was really on the ball when I called.
