Welcome to our 4 Bedroom,3 bath ski house! Immerse yourself in the cozy charm of our home, complete with a convenient gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. After a great day on the slopes shed all of your wet ski equipment in the huge mudroom as you enter the first floor basement entrance. Spend the evening soaking your weary bones in the 8 person hot tub while you gaze at the stars. Conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Bethel and 7 minutes to South Ridge Lodge at Sunday River Ski resort our home is ready to help create family memories for a lifetime.

Very comfortable and well-appointed house, super clean and beautifully maintained, with very kind and responsive owners. We rented for Feb vacation week with cousins, aunts, and uncles, and the whole family had a wonderful time. The hot tub is an excellent feature! The mud/ski stuff room (with a boot warming rack) and first floor game/media/exercise room with a bunk room right off of it was wonderful with a gaggle of tween boys. Location is great - easy access to the resort and apres bars. Thank you!! .

We had a wonderful weekend. Your home was immaculate, comfortable, spacious, warm and welcoming. Just a short drive to the mountain. We had all we need for dining in.
We would highly recommend and look forward to staying there next time to Sunday River.

Adorable ski house! Plenty of space for our family and friends, cool mudroom for ski storage, short drive to the mountain, and fun hot tub time after skiing!! We loved our time here 😊
