About this house rental
Perfect family getaway. Sleeps 14 (10 adult maximum) with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces, swimming pool, hot tub game room, and 2 car garage.
Custom-built home is located in The Peaks. The home overlooks the Sunday River Ski Resort mountains. This view is spectacular at any time of the year!
You are minutes from the slopes, great local Breweries, Restaurants, historic Bethel Village, Sunday River Golf Club, and Sunday River Brewing Co.
Whether you are relaxing on the deck, lounging poolside, roasting marshmallows under the stars, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying the game room and bar, this home will not disappoint! It has everything to create the most incredible vacation memories.
The home sleeps 14 people (10 adult maximum). No pets.
A beautiful main floor master bedroom with king-size bed and a huge master bath, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.
4 upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. 1 bedroom with a full-size bed. 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds. 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
The bunkbed room in the walk out basement has 5 twin beds and 1 full bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom and the game room.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with many small appliances including a coffee maker, crockpot, lobster pot and serve ware, gas cooktop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen perfect for large groups.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and of course, floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking view. Sliding doors lead you outside to a spacious wooden deck with a dining table for 8 and patio seating.
The downstairs game room has a full bar area, billiard table, ping pong table, large screen TV with DVD player, games, puzzles, and DVD movies. Sliding doors connect you to the hot tub and pool area.
We also have a large capacity washer and dryer in the mudroom adjoining the two-car garage and another set in the basement.

Our recent stay at this beautiful home near Sunday River Ski Resort was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained everything was. The house easily accommodated our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.One of the biggest highlights was the lower level — the kids absolutely loved having their own area with the bunk room, a full entertainment space featuring a pool table, ping pong, and a large TV. The hot tub just outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.The main floor is truly the heart of the home, with a large open layout that combines a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and large comfortable living room — ideal for gathering together (watching the Olympics!!). And the view… simply breathtaking. It’s honestly one of the best views of Sunday River we’ve ever experienced.The master bedroom just off the living room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms worked perfectly for the two families staying on that level, giving everyone comfort and privacy.The quick and easy drive to the Sunday River slopes made mornings effortless, and we were lucky enough to have absolutely perfect weather during our stay — the cherry on top of an already amazing trip.We couldn’t recommend this home more. If you see availability, book it — you and your family will not be disappointed!
