Would have liked bedroom separate from living room

A little small for 2 adults who don’t want to share a bed. A lot of notes that I find disconcerting, such as:
“Don’t move this dresser, the legs will fall off” and “remove bedspread and blankets—we don’t wash them”. Also, says sleeps 6, but has a tiny 4 cup coffee pot. This was my 4th condo at the plantation and it was adequate, but my least favorite
