Couples and families with small children are sure to love this cozy condo with a loft bedroom steps to the beach with multiple shared pools, hot tub, an onsite restaurant and bar. We're located on the beach-no crossing the street or highway! What's nearby: Fort Morgan is a short drive to the west, with preserved Civil War fortifications, secluded beaches, and scenic boardwalks.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles MAX, strictly enforced. Every guest is required to have their vehicle registration form ready to provide to the security guard before entering their condo. Please bring your pre-registration information, any vehicles (1st and 2nd or just 1 vehicle) & provide this to the guard upon arrival. Please provide any additional information (if any) the security guard may request. You can use your check-in email as proof of booking. No RV's, trailers, oversized vehicles, or watercraft allowed on-site. Violating parking rules will result in Towing at owner's expense.

The place was clean for the most part, bathroom needed a little more detail, the pool access was not accurate, as the listing said indoor pool, but we didn’t have access to it. It is a 20 minute drive to town one way, but the views and neighborhood were great.

The room was great it had everything I needed and in the morning you could see the gulf and the pool area, the landscape was beautiful. The process of checking in was effortless. I’m looking forward to visiting it again when I have more time and bringing the family down.
