Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was good for my husband & I. Would not recommend more than 2. The kitchen was smaller than I realized. The cabinets could use some organization to help find things. We didn’t spend much time inside. The bed!!!! The bed needs some attention. I did like the shelves on the sides. Good place for phone and glasses. The windows are perfect!!! I raised the one by the bed and you could hear the waves. The balcony had puddles of water standing. Some were so deep if you had on flip flops your feet would get wet. Contacted manager but no one showed up. So that was a headache. Would recommend for just a night or two stay. Just not roomy enough for us. The lady at the security gate needs a raise! She’s the best!

Small but cute place to stay. One elevator on opposite side of building was inconvenient. Pull out couch and kitchen table/chairs are almost unusable
