Its most striking feature is the way the house opens to the outside: the large terrace, private pool, garden, sun loungers, covered area and outdoor dining room create an easy holiday rhythm — morning coffee in the sun, time by the water, and long afternoons after a day at the beach, on the golf course or in Maspalomas.
Inside, the house feels spacious and practical. The living and dining area connects naturally with the kitchen, making it easy to cook, share meals and spend time together. The house has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old in a cot. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower.
For a comfortable stay, the property includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, wine fridge and garage. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer.
The private pool measures 4.15 x 7.80 metres and has a depth of 1.50 metres. Electric pool heating is available for an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. The house also has an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue available for an additional cost.
Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 7 nights and pool cleaning twice a week.
