The SeaEsta is a 1928's hidden gem located in the heart of Daytona Beach close enough to enjoy all the attractions but yet far enough to escape from the crowd. Steps away from the convention center, 5 min. walking distance to the beach/ restaurant,explore 1hr drive to St Augustine one of the oldest cities. Skies the limit.
We are finally offering renting whole house bring all friends & family and stay in same location but separate enought to have your own space Sweet!
This beautiful 2 Unit Home :
1st FLOOR UNIT has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE which sleeps 6 (2bedroom,1full bath, equipped kitchen)
Then out back finding yourselve a balcony leading you to our second floor unit guest with there own private entrance and sleeps 8 (3bedroom 1 full bath, and equipped kitchen)
total house sleep 14 guest
Pet photo must be sent for approval. Pet fee $25- $30 daily fee depends on size and weight.
Pets not approved $350 fee , pets not allowed on beds or furniture evidence also fee $250
No events or party unless approved fees may require.
