This home was a great fit for our multi-generational family vacation. The layout gave everyone enough room to spread out, and the common areas were ideal for meals, games, and downtime together. The house was clean and well-stocked with essentials like towels and kitchen basics. We appreciated how close it was to the beach, and the outdoor spaces were a bonus. Communication with the host was smooth.

My friends and I traveled down to Daytona for our college spring break and this property treated us well! Super nice that beach chairs were provided and plenty of other things that you might not have room to pack. Great area - super short walk to the beach. The one right there is pretty chill, but a quick Uber 15 minutes up the road to the main pier will get you where you want to be with all the other college spring breakers. Also, the house is a super quick 15 minute Uber to the main spring break bars (razzles, 509, coyote ugly, ocean deck, etc.) so you won't break the bank there.
The house itself was exactly as pictured - it was a bit tight for 13 guys, but we knew that going into it. Only small complaint is that the dishwasher didn't really work with the dish pods provided - but we bought our own dish detergent and it ran just fine!
