In the resort, 1.5 km from the centre, 6 km from the centre of La Cala de Mijas, 15 km from the centre of Marbella, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 125 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Crown Resort" 600 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Málaga 40 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
