The sizable hood is ornately tiled in a black rhomboid pattern contrasted by a handmade red clay tile border. The beverage center features two SubZero refrigerator drawers, U-line wine captain, and a second separate copper sink with filtered drinking water. A smart Bosch built-in coffee machine, Miele steam oven and a Miele warming drawer are also included with a standing smart Sharp Microwave.
There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs in the over 1800 square feet of living space. One of the bedrooms downstairs is a hybrid - it could be either a formal living space or a 3rd bedroom, depending on the tenant's preference. The home boasts wood flooring throughout the downstairs.
