About this house rental
Enjoy everything San Diego has to offer in this centrally located colorful craftsman home. 3bd/2ba is newly renovated and fully stocked - 2 smart tvs, new appliances, laundry and more. A quick Uber ride to the airport, convention center, beaches, North Park & Little Italy - home to some of our best bars & restaurants. The home is also very close to several military bases.
Central AC & heat will keep you comfortable year round and the fully fenced front yard is dog friendly. Fast wifi and dedicated work spaces are perfect for remote workers.
The property is in a central and conveniently located neighborhood called Grant Hill/Stockton which makes it easy to jump in an Uber and explore many attractions. The property is close to Petco Park (1.9mi), Gaslamp/downtown (2.1 mi), convention center (2.6 mi), airport (4.9 mi), Balboa Park/Zoo (1.5 mi), South Park (0.6 mi), Coronado (5.8mi), Little Italy (4 mi).
If you like to stay in and cook up a delicious meal, there are several small local corner markets if you need to pick up a few quick groceries or you can also find big box stores like Costco (1.1 mi) or Albertsons (1.7 mi) nearby.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, ice maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, pour over coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Plus tons of cooking utensils. The dining table can seat 8-10 for group dinners or a fun game night.
The living room includes two sleeper couches, a 50” smart tv, extra seating (bench and boho chair) and it flows right into the dining room which leads to the kitchen for an open concept flow. We have games, books, cards, and extra blankets ideal for a cozy movie night.
There are 3 bedrooms (4 total beds) and all are equipped with a ceiling fan with a dimmable light, brand new beds/mattresses, dressers, hangers / clothing racks, and full length mirrors. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets as well for those who prefer to bundle up to get a great night's sleep.
There are 2 full bathrooms and stackable laundry in case you need to wash a load during your stay.
The front yard is fully fenced and there is outdoor furniture if you’d like to wind down and relax outside with a nice glass of wine after a long day at the beach or exploring the city.
We do allow small dogs (size & breed restrictions) for an additional $50/night fee so please contact me if you’re interested in traveling with your pup.
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, the fully fenced front yard and the gated patio. Guests are able to self check-in with the smart lock.
Other things to note
There is another rental unit in the back of the property (separate building) so the back yard is reserved for those guests only. From time to time, these guests will walk by the side of the house to get to their unit.
If you have a large group and are interested in reserving the other units, please feel free to contact me to check availability.
This is non-smoking property - including the outdoor areas.
This is in a residential area so no loud noises after 10pm out of respect for the other neighbors.

The house was super clean and organized. The door keypad was easy and worked well. The kitchen had an excellent amount of silverware and dishes, and the microwave and dishwasher also worked great. The AC was also excellent and cooled the house down quickly when we got back home from our days out. The washer and dryer also worked well, although there was some confusion as to whether laundry soap was provided. But the host got that ironed out for us as all was well. The street parking caused some anxiety at first, and although most of the homes in the area use street-parking almost exclusively, we were always able to find a parking spot close to the house. The house was very nice mix of older charm and modern amenities. The three bedrooms were perfect for us and the noises didn’t transfer to the other rooms when the TV was on. Altogether we had a pleasing stay and would stay there again.

Decor of the home was exactly a expected, cute and cozy. They offered game boards and tv for entertainment. The AC came in handy and worked great, especially at night; a nearby neighbor's dog barked endlessly. We did find bundles of hair in one of the rooms and restrooms upon our arrival which the host was apologetic for when we made her aware. The neighborhood itself was not the most eye appealing but it was very close to freeways and attractions. The house is on the flight path for the airport, but flights don't go passed 11p. for the most part.

We loved our experience at this quaint townhome in San Diego. Victoria was awesome and was great at communicating everything we needed. Home was very nice and clean. Not to mention so close to everything in San Diego

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 5. The house was located super close the everything we wanted to see in San Diego.The house is beautiful and well stocked with things to make it feel like home. The weather this week wasn't the sunny California week we had hope, so we were happy for a cozy spot to enjoy the evenings. Our host was super responsive. Would definitely return if we end up coming back to San Diego thankful for a cozy spot to enjoy
