Close proximity to downtown without being downtown. Close proximity to the airport, 15 minute ride.
No washer or dryer. Coin laundry was within 10 minutes.

The location is excellent and the view of downtown is really nice. Property is quite spacious too.
Everything is great, the only thing I would change is Check in time is a lil late and check out time is too early, does not allow you to sleep in if desired.

the space is spacious, the bed and bedsheet were decent, close to the Balboa park, close to downtown and airport. Parking just in front of the house, various washrooms for the different rooms.
I really didn't like the planes flying over the house all the time, the house is a bit old. There were 2 TV, large screen, great but one of them didn't have a plug and didn't work. They didn't offer free subscriptions to netflix or amazon or others
