About this villa rental
This beautiful villa Heike is a SMOKE FREE VILLA on a large plot. Situated in a quiet part of Ciudad Quesada, with beautiful sights to the salt lakes, a little park on the opposite of the street, with three tennis courts, a skatepark, basketball and soccer.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is very spacious and has a big open kitchen. The interior is brand new and very beautiful, with a sofa, dining table and chairs, smart TV, IPTV, etc.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. Under floor heating.
BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet, sink, etc. Under floor heating.
POOL:
The villa has a huge covered pool 10 x 5m, The cover can be closed manually any time (Nov - Mar) to avoid dirt in the pool, even when it rains you still can take a swim.
THE POOL CAN BE HEATED WITH A HEAT-PUMP (Nov - Mar, extra price 150 € / week, to pay here local)
The maintenance of the pool is weekly on Tuesday, and in the summer (July and August) twice a week.
POOL-AREA:
Outside is a huge tiled space around the villa, there are 4 sun-beds, there is a covered barbecue, with a huge gas oven (Weber), furniture to relax with a table and 6 chairs, etc...
TERRACE:
There is a beautiful terrace with furniture to relax and a dining table with 4 chairs. This special terrace can be closed from November to May with glass-panels and have under floor heating. There are more terraces with outdoor furniture on the property.
PARKING:
The parking area is on the plot, totally covered for more than one car and can be
closed with an Electric gate with remote control.
PROTECTION:
The Villa is a protected Villa with an Alarm system of Security central 24/7 hours

We had the most incredible time staying at this villa in Spain, it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the place. Whether we were exploring the nearby towns or simply unwinding at the villa, it was the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.The hosts were warm and welcoming, and everything was set up to make our stay seamless and stress-free. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and we’re already dreaming about coming back.If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, charm, and the magic of Spain, this villa is it. Highly recommended!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and spacious with a massive outside area which was very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could think of. Supermarket very nearby. We loved our stay here, highly recommend

What a fantastic villa. It is quite possibly the best villa we have stayed in (and we've stayed in dozens). First of all have to mention the kitchen - the best equipped we've seen - it had everything you could possibly need.
The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of wardrobe and storage space.
The bathrooms are a decent size and what brilliant showers.
Loads of outside space with different seating areas to choose from and the whole garden gets sun all day.
The pool is large and the sun heats it nicely. The sunbeds are really comfortable and the big umbrella was a blessing.
A big shout out to Ricky and Els - what great hosts. Always on hand to answer questions and even went as far as to let us in early to drop our bags as we had an early morning flight and they booked us taxis when we needed them.
Quesada centre is only a couple of minutes drive away although not walkable considering the heat.
Highly recommended villa and will probably return some time.
