About this villa rental
Description
The villa is situated in a quiet location within 10 minutes walk to local shops, large supermarket, restaurants and bars with the main Quesada Village approx 15 minutes walk away ( or just 3 minutes in the car). The villa is detached with a large walled plot for privacy , plus a superb huge private swimming pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) 1 family bathroom plus one en suite shower room) Ceiling fans are also installed in all 3 bedrooms.
There is also air conditioning installed in bedrooms 1 & 2 plus the main living area which also filters cool air through to bedroom 3 , WIFI internet and British satellite TV included. Living room with comfortable sofa seating for 5 or 6 persons, kitchen with main appliances (sorry no dishwasher) . From the kitchen, living area and main double bedroom there are doors opening out to a large terrace with dining table and chairs and umbrella for shade .The pool is 10 meters x 4 meters with modern LED pool lights (the pool lights are operated by remote control with a variety of colours) – Great for setting the evening ambience and a little fun too!, Next to the pool is a charcoal BBQ with sink and work top , 6 sunbeds provided plus additional poolside seating area with fitted shade cover, great place to relax around the pool both during the day and night-time. The villa is fully furnished and ideal for families . A car is recommended although not essential , if you don’t mind a little walking or wish to sight see. Local taxi service in the area

Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 60 minute drive from Murcia International airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 min drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes. Local restaurants , supermarket , bars cafes are 10-15 minutes walk from the villa.
Quesada village (approx 15 - 20 minutes walk or 3 minute drive) is very established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc plus has its own large water park (5 minute drive) with several slides, water shoots and children’s pools. For golf fans the villa is located just down the road (5 minute drive) from Quesada’s own golf course 'La Marquesa'. Torreveija town centre is a a 15 minute drive only
We have 2 international airports Alicante and Murcia within a 60 minute drive.

We have stayed in ciudad quesada on many occasions
In many villas, I have to say that this was one of the best. The swimming pool is very large and there is plenty of room around the outside of the villa to relax.
Very secure with electric gates and a good high wall all the way around.
5 mins walk to a row of lovely restaurants
Will deffinetly be staying again

Our Favourite villa so far outside Quesada town in a nice reasonably quiet area (who put the roadside bin there!) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as this property & would return but as it is just the 2 of us the prices have now increased way beyond our budget. A meter for the Air Con would be an idea as we totally understand that this can be costly when abused by guests - super villa highly recommended

I have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday in this villa in Quesada.
I could not be more happier with the whole holiday.
From the ease of booking with Kerry and Angela to the meet and greet.
The villa has everything you would ever require.
The swimming pool and outside area is very private and not overlooked.
We was very sad to leave and will definitely be booking it up again for next year.
The villa is also easy to get to from the airport and very close to all shops and restaurants.
Thank you so much JK Spain for providing such a home from home.
