The villa has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with terrace, a double bedroom with opening onto the pool, a bedroom with 2 single beds that each have their bathroom and toilet and a sofa in the living room.
It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people.
The villa has a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and veranda for 8 people. Outside, a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The villa enjoys a beautiful outdoor area with its private pool (cleaned twice a week), its shower and deckchairs, an electric awning, a fully equipped solarium and a minibar with stunning views of the salt flats of Torrevieja .
It also benefits from a security system (24/7) connected to the Police, and a free Wifi access.
You will also find a barbecue and a garden table on the terrace.
This villa has all the modern comforts and necessary.
You can park for free in peace in front of the residence.
High quality equipment (kitchen, bedding).
Linen provided by our butler who will be at your disposal continuously but charged at night if needed.

Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed.

Really liked the gated area and felt secure and safe. Property is modern and the AC throughout is refreshing. Always had hot water even though there were 7 adults. Well kept dip pool that was serviced regularly and no issues. Liked the washing machine area and the extended dining room. Communication with the host was excellent and always responded swiftly and helpful. It would benefit from an improved external table and seats as these are old and worn. It is advised as 4 bedrooms but actually has three separate bedrooms, the lounge sofa bed is the forth bedroom. The description is a little misleading. When conducting a search for properties it comes up under the “accessible” search as my father is non load bearing in a motorised wheelchair. I would say it does depend on your needs, we made it work for us. The lower floor is all flat and ample room for a wheelchair, it was a little tight in the bedroom and we brought suction handles to help in the bathroom and shower. The host was really good in answering questions about our particular accessibility requirements and we therefore made a conscious decision to stay here knowing what work arounds we’d have to do. It was handy to walk to the Consum and get any shopping bits needed. You do need a car to get out and about. We had a really relaxed and stress free stay and would stay here again.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec 3 enfants en bas âges.
La maison est super fonctionnelle.
La piscine comporte des marches dans un coin, les enfants peuvent donc y avoir accès tout en ayant pieds.
La maison est super bien équipée!!
Accès à 2min à pieds au supermarché.
La villa est « loin » de la vie active. Il faut donc une voiture pour pouvoir se déplacer. Et la tout est à proximité.
A notre arrivée, nous avons eu un souci avec une persienne et la climatisation à l’étage. Nous avons informé la propriétaire qui a de suite réglé le problème! Nous sommes ravis de sa réactivité!!!!
En bref, je recommande cette maison!!!!
