CH Villa Murillo Ciudad Quesada

We booked this Villa due to the outdoor facilities. We were not disappointed, it was amazing and we spent very little time inside. The house itself is lovely, very cool, clean and spacious. The new bathroom is beautiful. The house is equipped more than adequately and the surrounding area excellent. We absolutely loved the house and was very sad to leave.

one level, secluded and south facing

no bed linen to change had to buy a duvet cover as it rained all day . no small pans for two people no lids for the other ones , only 4 small cups I damaged. so we bought 2 to use

The property is situated a twenty minute walk from shops and ten minute walk from small pubs and restaurants. The area was nice and quiet and the garden was suitable and safe for our two small dogs to run around . The property was clean, very spacious and many areas to sit either in the shade or in the sun. The pool was cleaned regularly and there are many pool toys provided such as floats , Lilos etc .

There was nothing we didn’t like about the villa however the pool table was in need of repair, the air conditioning in the two spare bedrooms required servicing as they did not work properly and we were only provided with one t towel and one set of bedding for 4 weeks. There is a washing machine at the villa however it walked when spinning and was extremely noisy however it is an old washing machine. These issues were raised with the agency and I am sure they will be addressed prior to anyone else renting . Although highlighting the above issues, I would not let it put anyone off booking if they want a lovely , homely villa that is situated in a peaceful setting .

The pool and size of outside space. car recommended to travel to parks etc, we hired a car for the first time and the villa was a perfect location
