Welcome to our completely remodeled Elkhorn penthouse conveniently located within minutes to Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Resort, 3 miles to downtown Ketchum, approx. 4 miles to River Run Lodge at Bald Mountain, all of which are accessible by free City transportation via Mountain rides bus stop in front of the community.
This large 4bed/3bath condo is located next to Elkhorn Golf Club in Sun Valley, featuring easy access to the Elkhorn amenities & more. With beautiful views and featuring 2200 sqft of living space on a single level layout, this property is very spacious for families, multiple couples, adults traveling together and those with mobility or staircase concerns.
Year-round activities and adventure await! Ski a world class mountain, take advantage of Sun Valley’s epic Nordic Center, ice-skating at Sun Valley Resort and more during the winter. Enjoy access to the Elkhorn community amenities conveniently located next door with a sauna, steam room and spa year-round and pools, tennis, pickleball, golf and more in the summer months! The unit is located on the 2nd floor of this quiet complex with subterranean parking allowing you to exit the elements before getting out of your car. From all levels you will find elevator access to the front door of the condo.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom – Equipped w/ king bed, gas fireplace, reading nook, large space & wall mirror for exercising, mountain views, balcony access and master bathroom complete with oversized shower and soaking tub.
Guest King Bedroom & Bathroom – King bed and private en suite with glass enclosed shower.
Bedroom 3 – Two twin XL beds that can be bridged/converted to a king (upon request).
Bedroom 4 – Bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and an additional roll out twin trundle bed.
Bathroom 3 – Guest bathroom with shower and opens to hallway between bedrooms 3 and 4.
High speed wifi, Smart TVs and Apple TVS in every room, 85 inch TV in living room enjoyable for those movie nights or watching sports. The open floor plan includes a large entryway with closet to store gear, jackets, etc. well laid out living room, large fully stocked kitchen with an island and lots of counter space adjoining both the dining room, living room and patio area for one cohesive space to entertain and spend time together. Dining table can expand to accommodate 10 comfortably. Eastern facing you will get to enjoy the sunrise view in the morning or go out onto the patio to BBQ or stargaze at night.
There is a bus stop at the condo entrance for Mountain Rides Shuttle which offers a FREE bus service around town and to various points of interest. Walking distance to hiking trails and located on the bike path which offers wonderful walking, biking and wildlife sighting year-round.
Elkhorn golf club is right next door and the property includes complimentary access to Elkhorn resort amenities at Elkhorn Village and Harker Center, including seasonal outdoor pools & splash pad, hot tubs, sauna & steam room, tennis & pickleball courts, and volleyball, horseshoe pits, badminton, basketball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, play structures, BBQ area with tables, etc.
Notes:
- There is NO BBQ/GRILL. Due to recent Sun Valley fire code changes not allowing gas/propane BBQs within 10 ft of the structure the gas BBQ has been removed.
- Pack-n-play and highchair can be provided upon request.
- Per the rules of the HOA there is a strict no pet & no smoking policy anywhere within or on the community grounds. Failure to comply will result in HOA imposed fines.
- This condo DOES NOT have A/C. Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan or portable fan. However, being East facing, the property does not get direct afternoon sun.
- Some Elkhorn amenities are seasonal. The outdoor pools are typically open mid-June thru mid-September and the hot tub is year-round except for low season maintenance closures mid-April/May and mid-Oct/Nov.
- Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

- Full-time manager in the area to handle any issues that may arise during your stay.

We visited Sun Valley with our family (two kids, 3.5 and 1.5) and our friends (two kids, similar ages.) The summit condo, the owner, and the management company exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to town, close to the resort, easy access to anything you might need. The condo itself is beautifully updated and well stocked. We didn’t cook during our stay, but would have had everything needed. Parking was a breeze, the pool was so perfect for small kids - it even has a beach area where toddlers can splash around in knee height water. We didn’t use the property hot tub but it was available and looked lovely. Would return here!

We had such a great trip to Sun Valley, including our 4-yo's first week of ski school. This condo was great for the family to unwind after a day on the mountain. The property manager and host were incredibly responsive and super thoughtful (they even left some local snacks for us), and the home was stocked with everything we could imagine needing. The building was quiet and very conveniently located.

This condo was absolutely lovely. Very spacious and well designed. The kitchen was well equipped. And covered parking!!!!! Fantastic. The perfect place for a family vacation.
