The property was great! Located on the 3rd floor, so you do need to carry everything up! Wasn’t an issue for us at all. Views are great, condo is spacious and bedrooms are nicely insulated from living area. Kitchen is well stocked and management leaves things like spices, olive oil, condiments, baggies, etc…so check what’s there before you shop! There is also laundry in the unit tho that’s not listed. Also the bunk bed I believe is a full, not queen. (hard to tell from photos but if you plan on 2 adults sharing a bed….know that!) Hot tub is fantastic, but there are only 5 passes that come with the unit (so only 5 of your group could go at once). Look into this if this is important to your group…some ways around it. Owner and manager were very communicative and helpful. Location and parking is super easy. About a 5 min drive to town…12 min or so to ski. We didn’t use the shuttle or bus but it’s very accessible as well.

We loved this unit so much! It was beautifully decorated, clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked. It was perfect for our family: adult kids, a teenager, and a new grandbaby(!).
The fireplaces in the great room and the master bedroom were a wonderful bonus on chilly fall mornings. The WiFi and cable provider got two thumbs up from those in our group who needed to log in to work and those who wanted to watch the University of Utah dominate Arizona State.
We love being within walking distance of the ice rink, pickleball courts, and Sun Valley restaurants/shopping.
We highly recommend this unit!
A side note: We hope that the Sun Valley Recreation Center will see the wisdom in revising their guest pass policy for the pools as they are unwilling to issue more than 5 passes regardless of the number of bedrooms rented/people in your group. The owners pay a premium for use of the amenities and want their renters to be able to enjoy them too.
