Nestled just minutes from the slopes of Sun Valley Ski Resort and the tranquil trails of Sawtooth National Forest, this property offers the perfect blend of mountain adventure and cozy comfort. Located directly on the Sun Valley bike and jogging path with over 35 miles of paved trails. -outdoor decks/patios enjoy the great mountain vistas in all directions.

For the skiers the free River Run red line bus service can be hailed for a ride or dropped off right out front. Or for those who want to drive to the River Run lodge/free parking, we are a quick 5-7 minute drive. At home, you can load/unload your skis to the ski racks in the garage to store your skis when done for the day. Step inside the mudroom between the garage and family room to remove your ski gear and store your ski equipment for the next day. Don’t forget to put your boots( up to 6 pairs) on the boot/gear dryer for warm and dry boots for the next day. For those who don’t ski or need a break, there are also 6 pairs for snowshoes with some great snow shoeing exercise and scenery right out back on the golf course. For summer travelers, enjoy the great outdoors- with ~1000 square feet of outdoor decks and patios, with a large deck with spa overlooking the golf course and Elkhorn mountain, and large front stone patio and deck with great mountain views and privacy river rock wall for that morning coffee or afternoon refreshments in the shade. There is plenty of seating for the whole party with a tables and chairs for 12 out back and 10 out front. Enjoy the Sun Valley paved trails right out front for biking, walking, jogging, and rollerblading. When temperatures get a little too warm outside, step inside to cool off with two independently controlled AC systems- one upstairs for the bedrooms and one on the main floor.

Also inside, enjoy the new kitchen, complete with island stovetop microwave, wall oven, refrigerator and countertop appliances (air fryer, toaster, keurig, & drip coffee maker. Gather around the dining table or breakfast bar and savor your meals, or step out onto the deck for outdoor dining to enjoy the wildlife & fresh mountain air. For your outdoor cooking pleasure, two grills are provided: a Blackstone flattop griddle and a Weber Spirit grill.

When it's time to unwind, sink into the family-room and catch a movie or challenge your friends to a game of Jenga. Afterwards, retreat to the outdoor hot tub to soothe your muscles after a day on the slopes or trails.

With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, clean linens, and two laundry areas located on the 1st floor and an additional laundry room area on the 2nd floor.
