From the terrace, you enter the open space on the ground floor where there is a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa and LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is an additional toilet on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Asteria Marina where 4 bedrooms are arranged. Two rooms have king-size beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two have twin beds that can be joined into a king or separated into 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Each room has its own balcony with a seating area, and 3 rooms have a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
In the basement of the villa, there is an equipped gym and a sauna for relaxation. Guests on this floor have at their disposal two additional showers, one next to the sauna and one next to the gym and toilet. Also, part of this floor is occupied by an equipped laundry room.
