About this villa rental

Feel the vibe of Dalmatia while you wake up in seaside Villa, with the smell of the sea salt and pine forest.
Villa Lara enables you to enjoy privacy, comfort and Authentic Dalmatian ambient while all the great attractions (Trogir, Primošten, Šibenik, Split, Brač, Hvar, Krka waterfalls and ancient Salona...) are all close by.

Free Kayaks and SUPs are at your disposal and you can use them to visit the nearby island and explore intact beaches around them.

Garden area comes with 34m2 big sea view swimming pool and spacious summer kitchen(BBQ) with wooden table and chairs.
The outside area is emphasized with 3 terraces, and the largest one (50m2) on the top floor has an overview of all surrounding islands.

A wonderful location out of the city, yet not far at all! The villa was a perfect choice for 8 adults. The views were spectacular and our host was very accommodating in helping me arrange a very special dinner party our second night in Croatia. We highly recommend this property!

This house was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had plenty of space so that our families weren't on top of each other but still had great gathering places where we could all hang out. My kids loved the pool. I loved eating fresh figs off the trees. Stipe and his family were exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and were very kind and helpful. This house is just a few minutes from Trogir and a reasonable distance from Split for tourism activities. Several tours had departure options from Trogir, so we didn't have to drive all the way to Split. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house a few meters from the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds are very comfortable, the pool is large and well maintained, the summer kitchen is cosy and suitable for large families. The view of the ocean is wonderful and we spent the most of our time sipping drinks on loungers near the pool. There is a fish market just a few hundred meters from the house. Owner is pleasant and he rapidly answered all our questions and gave us some good recommendations.

We had a wonderful vacation! You may enjoy the stunning view from the pool area and all terraces. House is very clean and well equipped. We used summer kitchen a lot, mainly to grill the fresh fish and vegetables from the market. Stipe and his parents are kind and friendly. He answered all our questions immediately. I can recommend the accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday and visit beautiful beaches and touristic attractions.

Our stay at the Villa Ivo was short, but rather amazing. A terrific morning view from the top terrace, perfect for groups - a lot space and enough bathrooms, BBQ possibility, very clean, nice location, and most importantly - lovely hosts, kind and responsive. Highly recommended, top value for our money.

Wir waren mit 14 Mann vom 01.-08.09.2018 in dieser wundervollen Villa. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend so das wir uns alle vom Anfang bis zum Ende rundherum wohlgefühlt hatten. Es war einfach und wunderschöner unvergesslicher Urlaub. Danke noch einmal von uns allen. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal Torsten
