Here you have everything you need, you do not have to leave the house/property during your stay, except maybe for shopping.

A large spacious garage is available for your cars.
If you have an electric car, you can of course also charge it via a three-phase socket.
There are also bicycles available with which you can make trips to explore the area.

The vacation villa has no immediate neighbors (as you can see from the photos, here your privacy is guaranteed) and is located just outside the peaceful little village of Marina, in the bay of the same name west of the town of Trogir in Central Dalmatia Croatia, a region with many small romantic bays, pebble and sandy beaches are ideal for a relaxing, restful and sunny vacation away from the tourist noise. Luxurious decoration and modern furniture are just some of the features of this exclusive villa, which will satisfy even the most demanding guests.

It offers all the necessary modern comfort. The living space is approx. 130 m² on two floors and consists of a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated open kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all rooms are air-conditioned. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed and offers a comfortable bed for two more people.

A children's high chair can be provided if necessary.
A reliable wireless WiFi internet connection is available throughout the villa and can be used free of charge.

A traditional barbecue invites you to enjoy cozy meals under the stars.
The pool is 8.1 m long and 4.1 m wide
Since the first part of the pool is only 1.0 m deep, it is suitable for children.
The pool has a depth from 1.0 m up to 1.5 m, you can light up the private pool to turn night into day.

A car is recommended during your stay so you can explore the area. A large parking area is available directly in front of the holiday villa on the premises.

Your vacation villa is about 1,5 km away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and boat rental. There you will also find the local center of Marina with colorful markets, stores and a lively gastronomy and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The historic town of Trogir about 12 km away, is worth a day trip. You can explore the diverse nature of the mountain region on one of the many hiking and biking trails very close to the villa.
