The location was excellent for an event we attended at the Town Hall 8/10min walk into town. The apartment had private parking.
Near shops to get groceries, restaurants and cafes. The equipment in the apartment was ample for two people, all that was necessary. The bed was big and comfortable , was apartment was light and airy. We were well informed on how to obtain entry for parking, door entry and apartment entry.
The only downside was the apartment was on a very busy road so tended to be noisy from traffic. Getting up three flights of stairs with baggage was a bit of a struggle if you overpack as I do. 😉

It was fairly modern.
The heat meant the windows had to stay open, and the traffic roared below them. The windows—and especially the frames—were dirty. The two bottom kitchen drawers were dirty, and the wine glasses were dirty. There was no tea towel to dry the glasses or plates.
