I was looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay whilst enjoying a very busy weekend in Cheltenham and I definitely found it! Louise was lovey, very welcoming and friendly and Chloe (her cat) was very sweet. The room was perfect for what I needed and the bed very comfortable. On street parking is available and Louise sorted this for me. Being able to walk into town was lovely too. I would definitely book again.

Great location and quiet, comfortable bed, good bathroom.
Poor communications to get in. I had to email on Friday as no access info had arrived. There is NO doorbell or knocker to call here. Finally I had to find phone. Bit of a panic. Small room, poor layout.
