Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati a Napoli 3 giorni, questa struttura è perfetta accogliente, pulitissima e in zona strategica per accedere facilmente a tutto , la signora Debora gentilissima venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche ad Enzo che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ci ha portato in giro per conoscere le bellezze di Napoli, tu chiami e lui è sempre pronto! Consiglio vivamente!

Very clean accommodation with some snacks provided and toiletries
The scratches near the door where it looks like someone had tried to break in before should be repaired as this can frighten some people, but the door felt very secure so I wasn’t worried

The room was in the middle of the crowded area of Spaccanapoli, was centrally located and near all the places of interest. It was big enough for a family of 3. Upon our request, we were given an early check in as the room was available.
We were given an early check in but the hostess was late, leaving us waiting outside the room for over 30 mins. She didn't speak English, making it hard to communicate. In the room, one bed sheet was dirty, it was replaced but this was not a good sign. The kitchen equipment was old, especially the pan was sticky and not for cooking. The bathroom was smelly and there was no toilet paper, we needed to ask for some.
