The communication was smooth, and the location was perfect. Everything was accessible by foot, and it was only a few minutes’ walk to the metro station. From the first day, I felt comfortable in this apartment.
You should keep in mind that you have to walk up the stairs, as it is the top floor. For me, it was not an issue at all, but for someone with physical limitations, it could be a problem.

Die Lage nahe der Metro, große Wohnung, Waschmaschine!
Lärm bis Mitternacht durch Straße, Bars etc., furchtbar alte Matratzen (durchgelegen, fleckig), Klobürste alt. Das größte Manko (obwohl wir jung und fit sind, ist die Lage im obersten Stock ohne Lift (4 Stockwerke), mit Kleinkind und viel Gepäck war’s sehr mühsam! Das haben wir trotz schon Erwähnungen in anderen Rezensionen irgendwie überlesen!
