Nice room, clean, nice bathroom, superb host, coffee machine, fridge . We had a transport problem as there was a train strike, and our host went out of his way to help us. A very nice man.
Just in case you are not very good on your feet, be aware the stairs are a little steep.

Luciano was very pleasant and even greeted me at the train station platform and walked me to the accommodation.
Location was great , 1 minute from train station
Room was very spacious and shower
No street noise
Bed mattress was so soft
Coffee and water facilities was a nice touch
Breakfast in local Legend bar was delicious, coffee and cake
Luciano was very kind to allow me store my luggage until my train at 5pm, it was greatly appreciated

La posizione davvero vicino alla ferrovia e la pulizia
Materasso scomodo , arredi del bagno molto spartani e non suddivisione delle cialde caffè per stanze (si confida sempre nel rispetto degli altri ospiti).
