Situato in pieno centro, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo e dall'arco Traiano, davanti al Teatro Romano, proprietaria cordiale e disponibile, parcheggio gratuito in zona, pulizia eccellente e colazione buona, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Disponibilità della proprietaria, vicinanza al centro, possibilità di parcheggio. Ristrutturazione recente, cura dei dettagli, estremamente pulito (sembra di stare a casa).
Nulla. Solo un paio di accorgimenti: ricordarsi che non c'è ascensore e che la colazione è fai da te. C'era un po' di odore dal bagno prontamente segnalato dalla proprietaria (è un edificio vecchio): basta chiudere la porta.

Excellent location, right next door to the ancient Roman theatre. Good free street parking in public car park just around the corner. Jennifer, the host, was very helpful and affable. The apartment had a mini kitchen with utensils, and the main room was spacious and tastefully decorated.
Not so much as what I didn't like, but be aware the apartment is up two flights of stairs, a bit of a struggle with suitcases for an 80yo.

Location to amphitheater was great. The room was clean.
We had the whole apartment, but one side smelled overwhelmingly strong of sewer. The breakfast is not a breakfast, just snacks in a basket. It's hard to find the apartment. The host asked us to pay through a separate link outside of Booking.com just hours before checkin. That made us uncomfortable and we declined.
