The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was generally satisfactory. We also appreciated the kindness of the morning receptionist, who willingly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after check-out until our bus departure later that day.

Unfortunately, our experience with a different receptionist in the afternoon was disappointing. When we returned because we had forgotten some belongings in our room, the staff member was dismissive, reluctant to help, and spoke to us in a rude manner. Although our belongings were eventually found and returned, the overall attitude regarding both our forgotten items and the luggage we had been permitted to store was unprofessional and unfriendly. In addition, we did not feel particularly safe in the surrounding area. The nearby parks appeared poorly maintained and were often occupied by individuals who seemed to be using drugs, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for visitors carrying luggage or returning to the hotel in the evening. Overall, while the room met our expectations, the level of customer service and the surrounding environment left a negative impression.
