Cosy room, good value for money. Very close to the train/bus station and city centre. Clean and comfortable with en suite and use of a microwave. Peaceful at night.
Be careful to use the right lock box to collect the keys at the beginning of your stay (there is one each side of the door).
At the moment the building site next door usually starts at about 8 am Monday-Saturday.

This is the place I normally choose to stay when I'm working in Cardiff. It is a budget place, but clean, comfortable, decent sized rooms and an ensuite.
The key locks are fiddly. Room 3 doesn't have a desk to work at in the evening.

The bed was clean and the shower was good!
Almost everything! Nowhere to sit to eat anything. An outside dustbin in the corner of the 'kitchen'. I couldn't get my tv to work, that was probably my fault but there was no-one to ask. I didn't even have toilet paper, I complained about this and I was told some would be provided but it wasn't and I had to buy some myself!
