It was easy to find with good parking and clear instructions were provided by the host. The house was very nice and clean and the host was friendly and helpful.

2 or 5 minute walk to bus stops. Very easy instructions received from owner. Owner very friendly. Just what I needed for my Caerphilly Baton Twirling competition. And exploring Cardiff. Room was lovely and clean. Very large. Nice to have own fridge. Relatively quiet weekend stay, bar the party down the end of the street. Good tv with access to Netflix. Nice touch of tray,plate and cutlery in room. Good value for money.Bed was lovely and comfortable and Towel.Please don't get me wrong I enjoyed my stay on the most part. Owner helped me with Welsh rubbish separating, very friendly on departure. Thank you for my homestay.

Entering door when it also a home felt like you were breaking and entering on arrival. Maybe a lockbox with keys be safer. Door also quite stiff and noisy. Listing mentions private kitchen. Not the case. I say these things to be transparent. Listing also doesn't state shared bathroom. Allowed to come and go as please or use kitchen. But as I left someone came to front door and opened. Bedroom door quite stiff. Room needs a fan. Lock on bedroom door needs to be tightened. The idea for home from home is great. However maybe not separate enough. Sometimes felt like intruding on a families home. Also could not change volume on TV. With remote or manual. Cupboard is broken inside. The room was lovely and clean. But shared bits, were very lived in. As to be expected in family home with children and pets. But didn't match. Real enjoyable stay if listing is updated and go in eyes open and with all the facts. I'm sorry it's hard to be truthful when it's also your home. I dont wish to offend at all.
