The West Wing in Cardiff - near Queens Street Railway Station

El buen ambiente de gente joven. El patio interior. La comodidad de abrir todo con una sola tarjeta. La ubicación a 15 minutos del centro y al lado de una zona de restaurantes multiculturales.

Falta de aire acondicionado. Nula limpieza de la habitación en los 12 días que estuve. No había material de cocina ni de limpieza y solamente una toalla de ducha, ni toalla de manos ni champú..

I visited this place during summer, so there were not many students.

I liked the location and how secure the whole building felt. Everything was really modern and very clean outside the room. The staff at the reception was very helpful.

I have checked in as a non-student and I kept getting emails to tell me that non students are not being accepted, even though the dates were good. I eventually got there late in the day and it took one entire hour for the reception staff (not their fault at all, they were really nice trying to help me!) to check me in because the accommodation staff did not let them know my room number beforehand. The bed was made and clean, however the floor was very dirty, clearly no sweeping happened. I had no trash can (had to use the communal kitchen one as that was the only one) or even a toilet brush in my room, which was disappointing. Other than that, the view was very nice and overall the room was comfy, shower was ok. If you want a room just to sleep in and shower and go out, I would say it's a good choice for its price and location. I would not book again though, be careful if you are a non-student checking in.
