My room was cute and comfy. The common areas were very friendly and fun!

Everything in the room was new.
Good study desk, good size wardrobe.
Bed and linen clean, new pillows.
Bathroom was clean, also new.
Close to the centre, close to Tesco, bus stops close too.
Friendly staff, particularly the males in the evening and Easter weekend.
The corridor to the room has smell of cigarette and was quite dirty when I arrived. My room was not vacuumed, the floor was dusty and dirty. I vacuumed and the next day I bought some floor wipes to clean the floor so I could walk barefoot on the room. I suggest you look into this.
The fire alarm is quite loud, it went off a few times.
The female staff in the evening was busy on her phone… not paying attention to the reception.

The people. Everybody was very nice to me, that made the experience incredibly.
That the toilet bottom was not working appropriately.
