Modern place with great facilities and friendly staff

The place was great — everything felt new and very clean. The common areas were amazing, with a huge, well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a comfortable workspace. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the daily cleaning (except Sundays) was a big plus. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s well connected by metro and RTP buses, so getting around was easy. The staff were all very kind and helpful — it was a pleasure to see them around.

The only small downsides were that there was no hairdryer in the room, and the chair was quite uncomfortable since it was made of metal.

Para comenzar cuando llegamos era de noche y no habia un recepcionista. El guardia no sabia como recibirnos asi que estuvimos un tiempo para que le dieran instrucciones. No habia ni jabon ni shampoo. Los pasillos huelen mal y por si fuera poco. No tienen lugar de estacionamiento establecido

Gute Unterkunft um CDMX zu erkunden, jederzeit wieder!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass wir kostenlos eine Nacht länger bleiben konnten, nachdem wir dank Flugverspätung erst einen Tag später als geplant angekommen sind. Ansonsten hat das Zimmer alles, was man braucht - besonders die Dusche ist sehr groß.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig (aber nicht schlimm) ist die Tatsache, dass man sich selbst im Klopapier kümmern muss, wenn man mehr als eine Rolle braucht - trotz täglicher Reinigung der Zimmer.

La habitación muy bien, el mueble para poner la ropa muy bien, la regadera y agua caliente y que tiene balcón

Que no tiene aire acondicionado, quizá poner una repisa arriba del lavabo donde poner artículos personales (rastrillo, crema de afeitar, loción, peine, gel, cepillo de dientes, pasta, etc) ya que el mueble es pequeño y el lavabo ocupa casi todo el espacio. Lo que si estoy algo decepcionado es la tardanza para enviarme mi factura por mi estadía. Desde el primer día que llegué deje mis datos y han pasado ya 6 días y sigo aun sin recibirla

instalaciones nuevas y muy bien equipadas la areas comunes o compartidas

muchos ruidos por las noches, las bombas de agua no dejan dormir, prenden toda la noche y se escuhan muy muy fuertes, ademas de el mismo trafico de la ciudad es fuerte el ruido parece de dia. recomendacion poner aislantes de ruido, ademas me dejaron un dia sin papel sanitario,,aah y no tienen shampoo ni jabon para bañarse tuve que agarrar el shampoo de manos del lavabo
