I absolutely loved staying in a hotel in front of the pyramids. It's like a dream, when you open your curtains or get breakfast on the stunning rooftop, here they are, bigger than ever. The hotel itself is really amazing, beautiful, rooms are clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The highlight was the staff, they are the kindest people on earth, they help you with everything you need, day trips in Cairo or overnight trips in other locations in Egypt. I'm a solo female traveler and yes the pyramid area is very touristy, but I felt 100% safe. If you need something from outside at night and don't feel like going outside for whatever reason, they offered to get it for me. Kindest people really !

The balcony is right in front of the Giza pyramids complex! Very nice view and location.

We had booked a large room but we were given a very small one instead upon arrival. They told us that we can change to a bigger room tomorrow but we obviously didnt as we would not have enough time to move around all the time. For an entire day the water was shut off, they only said that the government cut it and nothing else, no backup. Breakfast was terribly poor and slow. They just give you ready made things from the store below and Americano is just an instant coffee.
