Excellent staff and unbeatable location. Staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. Also gave us complimentary late check out as requested. Highly recommend staying here for family.

Lower management were generally helpful and polite.
Beds were comfortable.
Restaurants were slow in the evenings despite very low attendance, and junior waiting staff were clearly not fully trained, so lacked the competence to deal with European guests.
Male cleaning staff (rooms) were more interested in collecting tips and were obtrusive, without cleaning rooms particularly effectively.
Very little to do in the hotel, which is poorly laid out on the ground floor.
