If you are going to see the pyramids and the GEM, this is where to stay.
They don’t cater for more than 2 adults in a room.

The views of the pyramids from the hotel grounds were amazing. The spa and gym added another dimension offering. The restaurants on site were of high quality. It was as clean and bright. The breakfast offerings had something for everyone. Excellent security.
There was no draft beer and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this wonderful hotel at the foot of the pyramids. The hotel facilities are wonderful, food in restaurant 139 Pavillon delicious. Tour arrangements a breeze to organise through the very helpful and welcoming team on site. This is a truly special hotel and we hope to be back.

Lower management were generally helpful and polite.
Beds were comfortable.
Restaurants were slow in the evenings despite very low attendance, and junior waiting staff were clearly not fully trained, so lacked the competence to deal with European guests.
Male cleaning staff (rooms) were more interested in collecting tips and were obtrusive, without cleaning rooms particularly effectively.
Very little to do in the hotel, which is poorly laid out on the ground floor.
