The hotel itself is clean and nice looking.
The location is close to pyramids and has an amazing view from the rooftop with friendly personnel.
Con
The hotel is very noisy at night!
Communication and service from the staff at reception was disappointing.
Many things were wrongly described. Rooms have no safe box and no luggage room is available.
I was “upgraded” on my first night. I had preferred to stay in the same room for three nights but didn’t have a choice. When checking into the second room the handle broke and I had to wait for a while. Asking the staff felt like a burden.
I wouldn’t stay again for this price.
