Great communication with property managers at ACP. Easy to access information packet, including door code. Easy check out. Property gate has lights in it. Condo was very clean. We had plenty of space for 4 adults. Cute decor. Love the rocker/recliner in the living room. Comfy beds/bedding. Plenty of bath linen. The walk-in shower in the master is spacious and easy to access. Kitchen is supplied well: Stove/Oven/Microwave. Coffee Maker. Keurig. Toaster. Countertop Toaster Oven. Plenty of dishes, silverware, serving utensils, pots/pans. (A griddle and baking sheets/pans would be a nice addition.) Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Condo is close to the private beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys stored in the breezeway for our use. The pool provided a nice break from the salt water. The outdoor shower to rinse off sand/salt before heading back to the condo is a nice bonus. I was thrilled that B5 was available for the 3rd year in a row!

Poor internet connection. Cheap pillows. Washing machine went out of balance almost every time - even with small loads. We could hear the upstairs neighbors. View is only of other buildings, but that really can't be helped. Front door could use mats that trap sand/dirt outside and just inside the door so it's not tracked into the condo.

Loved the location and beds were comfy.Room was nice.

Quaint, quiet, and cozy condo with enough creature comforts that you can pack light. Fun food options close by for when you don't want to cook but all the kitchen gadgets you might want when you feel like stayin' in. Pool. Boardwalk for short walk to private beach. Outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt. Great communication from property manager. Check in and check out were very easy.

Oh, to slow down time just a bit!

Location on beach was great! The unit was clean and up to date inside but the outside and pool area needed updated.

Every night the upstairs tenants were smoking marijuana coming through the vents, the entire unit smelled. I suffer from migraines and see a neurologist every six months and I had a headache the entire time I stayed.
