East end beach, gulf front complex, quiet, Family oriented 3 bedroom 2 bath with a full sized tub in the master bath that is perfect for the little kiddos. This condo sits right on one of the Gulf of Mexico's most beautiful beaches! There is a pool and a large beach just steps from the back door. Within walking distance to the bird sanctuary, Ft Gaines, the Estuarian, the ferry to Fort Morgan, Cadillac Square and the golf course! Just a couple blocks from the condo you can find a bike path that traverses down the entire island and puts you right in the middle of all the amenities that the island offers. We also provide the fastest High-speed internet available on the island for those remote workers or gamers. There is also Internet TV's in three rooms. This gives you the option to spread out on those rainy days. For those who prefer to stay inside the satellite and internet will provide plenty of entertainment. This condo has Marble countertops, fresh paint, updated furniture and cozy linens. Pack as much or as little as you like and take advantage of a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. This condo was perfect for our island getaway. We had access to the beach via a boardwalk from the property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities for the week. Questions were very quickly answered by Rhonda and she checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay. We really liked being off the beaten path with zero traffic noise and definitely will check this condo out on our next visit to the island!

The property was much more dated than the pictures showed. It is not newly renovated as the description stated and had not been cleaned well in quite some time as there were layers of grime and dust everywhere. I contacted the owner and communication was quick, but was just told they’ll look into a different cleaning company. We appreciated the beach play items available for use and left some behind for the collection as well.
