Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Good shower over the bath. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Good supply of toiletries and towels. Laminate flooring throughout- no dingy, stained carpet. Nice, big, comfortable bed with soft sheets and duvet cover. Great selection at breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, cereals and pastries. Full, freshly cooked English breakfast was very tasty with good quality produce. Friendly staff and close to all the town has to offer. Usual selection of drinks in the bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely quiet place with pleasant staff. Situated close to the harbour. The breakfast was great too. A proper fry-up! Clean and comfortable bed.

Hotel en kamer zijn prima. Kamer aan achterzijde heeft geluidsoverlast van pub, beer garden en ventilatie. Heb verder niets te klagen, en prima geslapen, maar de prijs van de kamer is niet helemaal in verhouding met de kwaliteit. Was op fietstour door Schotland / Noord Engeland en had betere overnachtingen op andere locaties.
Misschien iets meer zorg voor de kwaliteit van het ontbijt? Full English (small) met tomaten uit blik? Croissants uit een pastic zak? Budget supermarkt kwaliteit marmelade?
