The property is clean, tidy, and well managed. The neighbours in the building are very quite and polite. The building inside and outside are clean. If it located in a quite street and with a comfortable mattress, I could give a 9-10.
The property is just above the busy tram line and main road. The very loud noise from outside plus the uncomfortable soft mattress resulted in that I can't sleep for the first night and had very little sleep for the rest of 4 nights, even with sleeping aids, and caused my backpain. In addition, after collection of keys from the office, you need to walk 1 km away with your luggage to the property, and on the last day to return the key to the office. It was time-consuming and stressful.
