La Casa di Pepo

Leuke plek in echte Napolitaanse wijk in het stadscentrum, nabij metro. Supermarkt (Conad) in de buurt. Ruim appartement, met voldoende privacy voor 2 stellen. Wij waren samen met bevriend stel. Twee badkamers beschikbaar en een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte, inclusief keuken.

Het kan gehorig zijn vanwege buitengeluid. Heb mij daar echter niet aan gestoord.

Tilava asunto, vettä tuli suihkusta hyvällä paineella, ulkoilman äänet eivät kuuluneet kun sulki ikkunat, paljon säilytystilaa omille tavaroille ja vaatteille.

Tyynyt olivat liian korkeita, niissä tuli niska kipeäksi. Olen tottunut nukkumaan matalalla tyynyllä.

Francesco was the most wonderful host. He met us to check in and showed us round the apartment. He also orientated us and suggested places to see and things to do. He was speedily responsive to all communication and helpful in every way throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and is an authentic Naples building ( but with a lift!) . It is in a very busy and buzzy area in the Spanish Quarter and right by Toledo metro so it is perfectly located for shops and restaurant, for walking to the main areas and for taking the metro. The funicular up the hill to Castel San Elmo is also close. Francesco's mum also recommended her favourite pizza restaurant to us. 😀

We were there for the bank holiday weekend and as there are restaurants all around it was noisy at night. But Francesco had warned us about this and gave us ear plugs. Once the weekend was over it was not noisy.

De hartelijke ontvangst door de host en zijn moeder. Ze waren beiden ook zeer behulpzaam.
