La disponibilità ed accoglienza di Gaetano è da 10 e lode. L'appartamento risulta ristrutturato da poco ed accogliente. Posizione centrale è da pochi passi dalla metro Toledo.
Purtroppo come segnalato da altri recensori l'appartamento si trova all'interno di un palazzo in pieno quartiere spagnolo e quindi per nulla accogliente sia a livello visivo che di odori. L'appartamento seppur recentemente ristrutturato deve però avere dei piccoli lavoretti di manutenzione. Il materasso del divano letto non è stato molto comodo.

The mattress is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. The hosts were very transparent about the building being old, the flat was fully renovated inside.
One of the photos online is misleading, there is only one living space and the bathroom.

Condition of the bathroom - a lot of mold and damp. The downstairs bed is uncomfortable to sleep even for children. There's only one window in the room so it's always quite dark.
