This magnificent property was built in 1805 and completely restored in 2016. Today, the villa has a total of 9 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 20 people. On the one hand, numerous wooden beams and partially open stone walls provide the villa's rural charm. On the other hand, this stunning villa is air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen, 9 ensuite bathrooms and offers everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. Further bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. For more fun with your friends or the whole family, you will find the lounge with a pool table and darts on the second floor. Pamper yourself in the sauna or enjoy the inviting private pool. Spend the warm, sunny days in the terrace area, where you can prepare traditional Croatian specialties.This luxurious villa is located in central Istria, in the small village of Kringa, just 5 kilometers south of Tinjan. Central Istria is not only known for its unspoiled landscape, rolling hills, olive fields and dry stone walls, but also for its excellent gastronomy.
