Behind the house is a neat heated outdoor pool surrounded by greenery that will provide refreshment in hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a large shared professionally equipped kitchen and a large hall for socializing, which is complemented by a pool table, table football and darts. The offer is completed with equipped fitness, sauna, whirlpool and table tennis. Accommodation is functionally furnished, and the floors are connected by an external staircase.
The plot is completely fenced, therefore, suitable for children safe play.
It is situated in the quieter zone of town, but not far from the shops and the sea.
