A localização é boa, o custo benefício também. Dona Solange foi super querida e me recebeu super bem.
O banheiro é bem apertado, o que me gerou um desconforto porque é muito pequeno, não dá pra tomar banho direito pois é praticamente em cima da pia. Em um dos dias da minha estadia apareceram baratinhas pequenas enquanto estava no recinto.

Localização
Prédio antigo e com um aspecto bem feio. Não há box no banheiro. Sanitário, pia e chuveiro no mesmo ambiente, molha tudo. O proprietário até tentou dar uma melhorada no aspecto geral mas não adiantou muito.
