The property was spacious and well located, around 15 minutes to Universal, 45 to Santa Monica, 1 mile to Trader Joe's,the neighbourhood seemed quiet . The kitchen was well equipped.
The floor was very dirty from day one, upon entering the smell was quite unpleasant, there were multiple cobwebs in corners, general cleanliness was not satisfactory.Duvet covers and towels were quite worn down,and the whole property could do with touch up painting.
Warning: there is street cleaning taking place on Wednesdays between 10.00 and 12.00, we did not know and were not warned by the host,albeit there are signs on the road but they didn't really mean a whole lot to us. Having travelled extensively,I have never come across such a thing . We were charged a $75 fine,the host did not feel it was his responsibility to prewarn us.
